Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (mandatory) in Charlotte, NC

What you will do

• Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets with key stakeholders.
• Build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring capabilities.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce operational toil.
• Lead production readiness activities (NFRs, Permit to Operate).
• Provide high-level application support for critical systems.
• Proactively prevent incidents through preventative troubleshooting and architectural improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of senior-level SRE experience.
• 2+ years working with AutoSys and Oracle.
• 2+ years supporting applications on Kubernetes and/or OpenShift.
• Experience supporting environments in GCP.
• Strong knowledge of observability tools: AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Aternity, and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or banking environments.
• Deep technical SRE background in enterprise banking.
• Strong automation mindset.
• Ability to architect preventative solutions.
