TL;DR

Partner Manager: Driving the strategy and growth of a portfolio of hirify.globalPro's largest and most strategic accounting firm partners with an accent on maintaining and expanding current revenue, usage, and identifying new growth opportunities. Focus on building deep relationships at all levels, managing complex partner relationships, and providing input for product roadmap evolution based on partner feedback.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring employees to work from a hirify.global office approximately 2-3 days per week in Denver, San Francisco, or New York City. Remote work is also available from most US locations.

Salary: Target OTE compensation ranges from $125,000/yr to $150,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $155,000/yr to $182,000/yr for San Francisco, Seattle & New York. This includes a 70% base pay and 30% commission.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounting firm partners, identifying risks and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Build detailed territory and account plans, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align with partners' strategic objectives.
  • Balance new partner acquisition and the development of active partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and coordinate cross-functional sales support.
  • Drive awareness and usage of new hirify.globalPro features and integrations with partners.
  • Own end-to-end execution of contract renewals and upsells, including negotiation.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide roadmap recommendations.
  • Travel to meet with prospective partners and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Partner Manager, Channel Manager, or in a related Sales function.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships.
  • Experience negotiating complex six-figure contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the accounting firm landscape, including business models and technology needs.
  • Strong ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and Sales Software (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Tableau).
