Salary: $108,000 - $172,800 annually

What you will do

• Define and facilitate Agile Planning processes, including quarterly executive reviews.
• Track work item progress and ensure timely delivery of high-value software products adhering to Agile principles.
• Manage risks, changes, dependencies, and issues for key software product and solution deliverables.
• Lead continuous improvement through Agile Retrospectives to enhance Agile Project Management practices.
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches to promote Agile principles, practices, and behaviors at the program level.
• Support organization leadership by addressing issues and formulating action plans for scrum team success.
• Coordinate activities for successful software product/solution deployments and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Agile Project or Agile Program Management experience.
• A four-year degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification.
• Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) / Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Knowledge of hirify.global Rally Application Lifecycle Management and hirify.global Clarity Project and Portfolio Management Software.
