What you will do

• Provide engagement execution support for client projects.
• Manage various stages of the executive search process to ensure high-quality execution.
• Lead candidate identification, qualification, and communication for search engagements.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information.
• Identify and support conversion of potential business development opportunities.
• Participate in client kick-off and progress meetings.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening) and presentation abilities at executive levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
• Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
• Relentless sense of ownership and urgency.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.

• MBA or other advanced degree.
