What you will do
- Provide engagement execution support for client projects.
- Manage various stages of the executive search process to ensure high-quality execution.
- Lead candidate identification, qualification, and communication for search engagements.
- Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information.
- Identify and support conversion of potential business development opportunities.
- Participate in client kick-off and progress meetings.
Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to one or more industries.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening) and presentation abilities at executive levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently.
- Self-confident, self-motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
- Relentless sense of ownership and urgency.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent required.
