What you will do

• Own full lifecycle project delivery ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall).
• Build project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables, understanding key technical concepts of Conversational AI.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, track action items, and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks early and lead post-project evaluations.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with all stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Experience serving as the primary client contact, proactive in managing risks and escalations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented and proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
