Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in London, UK

Salary: £120,000–£140,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Define and deliver the full investment product vision, from first hypothesis to scalable success.
• Run rapid tests, leveraging data and client insight to validate ideas and sunset ineffective features.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Compliance to blend trust, clarity, and sophistication.
• Translate complex investment concepts into intuitive, emotionally resonant client experiences.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate experimentation and enhance product intelligence.

Requirements

• Strong product leadership experience in wealth, investments, or fintech.
• Track record delivering zero-to-one products in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• Ability to combine analytical rigour with design thinking and customer empathy.
• Confidence working with AI, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to build from scratch.
