Salary: $65k - $80k

What you will do

• Lead eCommerce and Digital Marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring requirements are clear and stakeholder‑approved.
• Ensure commercial projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across global time zones.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration within the project team, facilitating regular team meetings and workshops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global eCommerce Director and all project stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and issues early, leading collaborative problem‑solving and decision‑making processes.
• Secure and allocate project resources, participating actively in the selection and onboarding of project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing project management.
• Experience with Shopify.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strong focus on mentorship and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools; experience with Monday.com is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon.
• Experience with Operations & 3PL integrations desirable.
