What you will do
- Lead eCommerce and Digital Marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring requirements are clear and stakeholder‑approved.
- Ensure commercial projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across global time zones.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration within the project team, facilitating regular team meetings and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global eCommerce Director and all project stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and issues early, leading collaborative problem‑solving and decision‑making processes.
- Secure and allocate project resources, participating actively in the selection and onboarding of project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience; PMP certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce and Digital Marketing project management.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a strong focus on mentorship and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools; experience with Monday.com is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon.
- Experience with Operations & 3PL integrations desirable.
