UX Designer Manager (AI)

TL;DR

UX Designer Manager (AI): Leading user research, experience design, usability, and interaction design for hirify.global’s AI platform, with an accent on governance, models, and agents monitoring interfaces. Focus on shaping user experiences for deploying, governing, reviewing, and monitoring models in production and managing a team of senior designers.

Location: Remote from France, Germany, Netherlands, or United Kingdom, or onsite in Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, or London. This is a hybrid role.

What you will do

• Design, run, and analyze concept validation studies with users.
• Research consumer behaviors and expectations.
• Translate UX recommendations into visual designs, such as wireframes and prototypes.
• Create and test wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Negotiate requirements and designs with product managers, designers, and developers.
• Manage two senior designers in their day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant UX design experience.
• Proficiency in design-related software (e.g., Figma, Miro, Sketch).
• Thorough understanding of design approaches, technologies, and tools (including journey maps, wireframes, user flows).
• Knowledge of the technology behind web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Portfolio featuring examples of interaction/service/innovation by design work.
• Experience in the management of design-related activities.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating user research into product designs.
• Experience with B2B Software development environments.
• Experience in designing artificial intelligence experiences.
