What you will do

• Design communication experiences across 2D UI, spatial layouts, and AI agent interactions, including voice, tone, timing, and pacing guidelines.
• Prototype from sketches to polished Figma or interactive Unity/Vue flows, contributing to internal AI+AR design language.
• Develop iconography, visual metaphors, and spatial gestures for complex actions.
• Collaborate with Unity, web, and backend developers to translate designs into pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Make feedback loops intuitive and occasionally implement frontend features.

Requirements

• 3+ shipped AR apps: location-based, mobile-first, blending real-world navigation with immersive storytelling.
• 1+ years designing for AI agents: voicebots, avatars, or conversational interfaces with visual expression.
• 3+ years designing SaaS platforms: dashboards, data viz, user roles, scalable design systems.
• Deep understanding of communication design principles: visual hierarchy, information pacing, tone of voice, semiotics.
• Strong portfolio of shipped digital products with multimodal or cross-platform experiences.
• Comfortable prototyping in Unity or Figma for interactive spatial UI flows; think in systems like style guides and interaction rulesets.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Berlin’s creative tech scene through journalism, games, education, or media.
• Native German speaker with fluent English skills.
