Product Marketing Manager

Location: In this role you will report to the Head of Marketing, BU WIFH and you will be located in Lund (Sweden) or Soborg (Denmark). Approximately 20-30 days travel / year will be expected in this role.

What you will do

• Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for current and new products/portfolio.
• Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for key product lines (e.g., heat exchangers, evaporation systems, industrial flow equipment).
• Plan, execute, and monitor successful product and service launches.
• Develop and deliver sales enablement materials for sales & service teams.
• Drive creation and performance of content, events, and campaigns.
• Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years in product marketing or related commercial roles, ideally in global B2B.
• Proven go-to-market and product launch experience.
• Expertise in value-based marketing, segmentation, and positioning.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused messaging.
• Strong project management and cross-functional skills.
• Fluent in English.
