What you will do

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Define and refine messaging and value propositions across products and markets.
• Lead communication for product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Own and prioritize the content roadmap.
• Produce high-impact website, landing page, and thought leadership content.
• Lead social media strategy and content planning across channels.
• Manage and direct PR agency and media activities.
• Follow up on performance and continuously optimize communication efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism or similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in communication, content marketing or PR.
• Proven ability to turn business strategy into clear, compelling messaging.
• Excellent writing skills in English.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing external partners.
• Must be based at headquarters in Malmö, Sweden.
