What you will do
- Develop and execute the Group’s risk management strategy and define Risk Appetite Statements.
- Lead risk identification, assessment, and management across various domains (financial, operational, compliance, strategic, etc.).
- Oversee Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and maintain the company’s risk register.
- Strengthen enterprise risk frameworks, including incident and crisis management.
- Enhance third-party and outsourcing risk management processes.
- Partner with business teams, support new initiatives, and represent the company with regulators.
- Prepare ICT and security risk reports for regulators.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in risk management, quality assurance, and regulatory obligations within financial services or fintech.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance best practices, enterprise risk frameworks, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes and assessing risk impact.
- Ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and embed a culture of accountability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership and regulators.
- Must be based in or able to work from Kraków or Warsaw, Poland.
