What you will do

• Be the primary bridge between Finance and reporting solutions team, translating Finance needs into clear requirements and desihirify.globaling robust, scalable solutions.
• Help prioritize and refine the backlog with Finance and IT stakeholders, taking end-to-end ownership for delivering tools.
• Ensure Finance data quality, consistency, and control across systems, maintaining clear definitions, mappings, and standards.
• Manage changes in the Finance reporting landscape, including new entities, KPIs, and reorganizations.
• Ensure proper specification, testing, documentation, and change management for Finance solutions.

Requirements

• Deep experience in Finance and Finance processes, for example, from roles in financial reporting, consolidation, controlling, or FP&A.
• Genuinely interested in IT, data, and technology, with experience working with Finance systems and data (e.g., consolidation/planning tools, ERP).
• Enjoy being the bridge between business and IT and can speak the language of both Finance and technical teams.
• Problem solver with excellent troubleshooting abilities and a structured, reliable way of working.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language and adapt communication style to your audience.
• Like to coach, challenge, and support others, acting as an internal consultant and trusted advisor.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream, SAP, D365FO, ESG reporting solutions, Power Platform or similar Finance platforms.
