Senior Implementation Consultant (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Implementation Consultant (Fintech): Leading the design, implementation, configuration, and training of hirify.global's treasury, risk, and liquidity management solutions with an accent on automating processes and optimizing opportunities. Focus on delivering innovative solutions based on client requirements and serving as a Subject Matter Expert for complex designs.

Location: Ideal candidate is commutable to our Warsaw office location 2x per week

What you will do

• Lead solution design workshops with customers to understand their business requirements.
• Configure and test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules.
• Assist customers in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support.
• Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas for clients.
• Apply hirify.global Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations.

Requirements

• 5 – 7+ years’ experience preferred in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience.
• Knowledge in functions such as Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management.
• Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a critical thinking approach.
