What you will do
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and stakeholders to structure and optimize customer proposals.
- Lead Deal Desk support for assigned sales regions, ensuring consistent governance and timely execution.
- Advise on deal structure options, assess risks, and drive final approval recommendations.
- Develop detailed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and pricing models.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to support complex deal negotiations.
- Identify and implement improvements to Deal Desk processes and tools.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, or sales finance.
- Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving background.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess risks and opportunities in deal cycles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
