What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and stakeholders to structure and optimize customer proposals.
• Lead Deal Desk support for assigned sales regions, ensuring consistent governance and timely execution.
• Advise on deal structure options, assess risks, and drive final approval recommendations.
• Develop detailed Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and pricing models.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product teams to support complex deal negotiations.
• Identify and implement improvements to Deal Desk processes and tools.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in deal structuring, pricing strategy, or sales finance.
• Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving background.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess risks and opportunities in deal cycles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
