What you will do
- Set the vision, scan market and customer trends, and build business cases for new opportunities.
- Design differentiated wallet-enabled and cross-rail solutions, evolving existing products and incubating new propositions.
- Own a multi-year roadmap, guiding teams from idea to execution and optimizing performance post-launch.
- Build investment cases, track adoption and ROI, and drive interventions to meet strategic and commercial goals.
Requirements
- Experience in the payments industry, with a track record of developing and launching innovative initiatives.
- Deep understanding of wallets, alternative payment rails, and the convergence of traditional and emerging payment methods.
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders to drive outcomes, especially in ambiguous situations.
- Strong commercial acuity and a proven track record to build robust business cases and secure investment.
- Experience identifying or developing market opportunities, including propositions for emerging markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
