Salary: 197,900.00 - 267,800.00 USD annually

The hirify.global Kids+ team builds innovative products and services for children ages 3-12 and their caregivers across hirify.global Fire Tablets, Fire TV, Echo devices, and Kindle.

What you will do

• Own and drive the overall Kids+ strategy and feature roadmap across all devices and geographies.
• Drive growth through data-informed customer acquisition strategies, partnering with marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels and retention programs.
• Establish and drive the vision for core acquisition channels, leveraging business intelligence and data analytics to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a world-class experience to Kids+ customers.
• Collaborate with finance teams to model business economics and optimize unit economics.
• Drive development of globally scalable products while enabling market-specific customization where necessary.

Requirements

• 6+ years of team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

• Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment.
