What you will do
- Own and evolve the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) framework, delivering concise, insight-led reporting.
- Lead executive action tracking through E-Team forums, ensuring clear accountability and disciplined follow-through.
- Strengthen executive decision-making and board reporting cycles.
- Lead the company’s business performance strategy, aligning long-term priorities with operational delivery.
- Design and manage OKRs and KPIs, ensuring line-of-sight from strategic objectives to team-level outcomes.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in business performance management, strategic planning, or consulting.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing company-wide performance management frameworks (OKR- and KPI-led).
- Experience establishing and running executive operating cadence, including E-Team forums and board reporting cycles.
- Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional project and programme management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver outcomes.
- Must be based in the UK.

- Experience within a high-growth or scaling technology business.
- Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting processes, and commercial performance analysis.
- Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or executive teams in a Chief of Staff or similar capacity.
