What you will do

  • Own and evolve the Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR) framework, delivering concise, insight-led reporting.
  • Lead executive action tracking through E-Team forums, ensuring clear accountability and disciplined follow-through.
  • Strengthen executive decision-making and board reporting cycles.
  • Lead the company’s business performance strategy, aligning long-term priorities with operational delivery.
  • Design and manage OKRs and KPIs, ensuring line-of-sight from strategic objectives to team-level outcomes.
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives with clear scope, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in business performance management, strategic planning, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing company-wide performance management frameworks (OKR- and KPI-led).
  • Experience establishing and running executive operating cadence, including E-Team forums and board reporting cycles.
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project and programme management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver outcomes.
  • Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a high-growth or scaling technology business.
  • Familiarity with financial modelling, budgeting processes, and commercial performance analysis.
  • Experience working closely with founders, CEOs, or executive teams in a Chief of Staff or similar capacity.
