What you will do

  • Own and drive a portfolio of strategic People projects end-to-end.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Lead complex company-wide initiatives, including performance reviews, compliance training, and leadership development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops to clarify requirements and define scalable, employee-friendly processes.
  • Define and track measurable outcomes and drive continuous improvement for programs.
  • Coordinate rollout communications and enablement for stakeholders and employees.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience leading strategic HR/People projects in high-growth, international environments (FinTech, Tech, FMCG).
  • Proven track record of delivering company-wide, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong program/project management fundamentals: scope control, prioritization, critical path management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to operate confidently across senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
  • Advanced level of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated environments and working on country-specific HR process localization (e.g., KSA requirements).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or formal change management training (e.g., Prosci).
  • Experience building or running leadership development programs at scale.
