What you will do
- Design integrated technical solutions using the AI platform to activate clients' existing systems.
- Define architectures that leverage AI-powered tools and collaborate with clients to capture business needs.
- Produce architecture documentation outlining system components, data flows, and security compliance.
- Serve as a strategic technology partner, helping clients rethink data usage to drive growth and business outcomes.
- Support the sales cycle by participating in discovery sessions and co-developing SOWs.
- Lead technical efforts during onboarding, configuration, and deployment, ensuring delivery excellence and platform security.
- Actively contribute to product strategy by sharing client insights and identifying enhancement opportunities.
- Coach internal and offshore partner engineering and QA teams in adopting AI tools to boost productivity.
Requirements
- 10+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software implementation.
- Deep knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM systems, data pipelines, and integration architecture.
- Experience designing and delivering cloud-based, data-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly customer segmentation, churn prediction, and personalization.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, identity resolution, and data security/privacy practices.
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
Nice to have
- Background in retail, hospitality, or gaming is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Notion AI) to accelerate design, development, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
