Salary: $153,600 - $239,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Advise customers on implementing and deploying state-of-the-art Generative AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and explore new GenAI solutions.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI services through blogs, whitepapers, presentations, and public events.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Sales, and Business Development to accelerate customer adoption.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS GenAI service teams to provide product feedback.
• Develop and support a global community of GenAI subject matter experts and create enablement materials.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 3+ years experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Models including architecture, training, inference, and optimization.
• 3+ years experience in end-to-end architecture, design, deployment, and operations of Generative AI/ML platforms.
• Proficiency with prompt engineering, function calling, agentic workflows, embedding fine tuning, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience with LangChain, LLAMAIndex, Data Augmentation, Responsible AI, and Performance Evaluation frameworks.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of infrastructure, database, and networking architecture experience.
