Salary: $176,600–$239,000 annually

What you will do

• Advise customers on Generative AI solutions, implement and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning solutions, and build prototypes and PoCs.
• Evangelize AWS GenAI services and share best practices through blogs, white-papers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
• Partner with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Sales, Business Development, and GenAI Service teams to accelerate customer adoption.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and AWS Generative AI service teams, providing customer-driven product improvement feedback.
• Develop and support an internal AWS community of GenAI subject matter experts worldwide, creating field enablement materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure).
• 3+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model fundamentals, including architecture, training/inference, and optimization.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical architecture, design, deployment, and operations for Generative AI/ML platforms and applications.
• Proficiency with design, deployment, and evaluation of LLM-powered agents and tools and orchestration approaches.
• Proficiency with prompt engineering, function calling, agentic workflows, embedding model fine-tuning, and retrieval method evaluation/optimization.
• Must have strong communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and AWS teams.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
• Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
