Product Manager, Principal (SaaS)

Product Manager, Principal (SaaS): Defining and delivering platform components that enable hirify.global product teams with the tools they need to reduce time to market, provide interoperability, and scalability of common features and services with an accent on collaborating with hirify.global’s Product Management and R&D leadership. Focus on development and communication of product requirements across product development and delivery groups, and driving alignment with other disciplines throughout the company.

Location: Boston, MA, USA

Salary: $136,000 - 170,000

What you will do

• Turn ideas and concepts into implementable stories that can be prioritized.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and R&D to discover and define solutions and to support sprint execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather inputs and set expectations.
• Support multiple groups where technical product information/direction is required.
• Synthesize multiple inputs and market factors to make rapid prioritization decisions.
• Keep the team(s) inspired and motivated by sharing customer success stories and outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management (or equivalent) experience.
• Experience delivering SaaS based web and mobile products and services in fast-paced R&D environment.
• Attention to detail in interpreting stakeholder inputs and translating their needs into actionable requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to champion a feature/improvement from idea to release.
• Strong understanding of agile methods to plan and deliver work (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with product development tools and workflows (Miro, Figma, JIRA).

Nice to have

• Previous focus on the customer’s journey, understanding customer workflows from acquisition, to onboarding, and to scaled enterprise adoption.
• Demonstrated understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Familiar with cloud native microservice development approaches, software implementations, and system integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to present technical subjects to a varied audience.
• Experience with project management, task prioritization.
