Salary: $183,200–$230,000 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap, focusing on modern Managed Services offerings.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and definition through development, launch, and optimization.
• Lead the pricing and packaging strategy for new and existing products within the Managed Services space.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing, multi-disciplinary product teams.
• Provide budget oversight for the product organization and manage financial health and potential risks.
• Effectively communicate product roadmap, priorities, and performance to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in product management, with 3+ years leading product teams.
• Demonstrable experience building and managing product or platform offerings for Managed Security Services (MSSP, MDR).
• Proven hands-on experience managing products from inception to launch, including defining and executing pricing and packaging strategies.
• Proven track record of driving overall product vision and aligning it with company strategy.
• Successfully communicated product roadmap and priorities to C-suite executives and across the organization.
• Demonstrated strong financial acumen and risk management skills in managing the product portfolio.
• Successfully built and maintained a healthy relationship with the C-Suite and established strong cross-functional relationships.
• Established strong product brand and industry reputation, representing the company at conferences and events.
