What you will do

• Ensure the operation and management of network telecommunications and computer infrastructure.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve network issues.
• Monitor network performance and security to meet agreed service level standards.
• Analyse network load and performance statistics using network management tools.
• Identify and address network traffic bottlenecks.
• Install and upgrade network components and monitoring solutions, including testing and validating system upgrades.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of network administration and communication protocols (WAN, WLAN, VLAN, etc.).
• Knowledge of network security, VPN implementation, and encryption techniques.
• Experience operating network devices and services, including routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and cryptographic devices.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools.
• Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, BIG-IP Certified Administrator, BIG-IP LTM Specialist, or SANS certification related to Network Security.
• Fluency in English (C1+).
