NOC Engineer

What you will do

• Provide first-level technical support and preliminary investigation for customer issues.
• Understand, analyze, and quickly react to customer requests, managing and tracking issues.
• Troubleshoot customer issues primarily through frontal sessions and respond efficiently.
• Interface directly with customers throughout the problem resolution process.
• Collaborate with technical support, QA, development, and account teams to resolve problems.
• Document all issues thoroughly and contribute to the knowledge base.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT, Enterprise/Datacenter software, or SaaS solutions support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and other networking concepts.
• Passion for troubleshooting client problems and satisfying customer needs.
• Ability to combine monitoring functions with other ongoing processes.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Excellent English, both written and speaking skills are required.
• Location: Ukraine, Remote.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtualization technology (VMWare/Hyper-V/Azure/AWS).
• Technical certification or academic degree.
