What you will do
- Lead, design, execute, and manage a portfolio of qualitative and quantitative research studies to address critical business questions.
- Interpret and synthesize insights across various data sources (transactional, loyalty programs, camera analytics, market research).
- Create and deliver professional, visually compelling presentations for executive audiences.
- Regularly present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders to maximize synergies and support in defining business questions.
- Maintain the quality of main projects, including Customer Perception Tracking and the NPS program (ECHO).
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in Consumer insights in Market research agencies or companies (ideally FMCG, Retail, or Foodservice).
- Proven ability to lead research paths and deliver actionable insights, contributing to overall marketing and commercial strategy.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken - is required.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in creating presentations and executive summaries, integrating insights and data from various sources.
- Proven experience in qualitative and quantitative research and insight validation.
- Analytically minded with the ability to synthesize multiple data/insight sources into a clear and tangible action plan.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and platforms and excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Experience in leading multi-country projects.
- Knowledge of Spanish.
