What you will do

• Lead multi-channel communication programs including field memos, Slack updates, and newsletters.
• Administer the Highspot content platform, building "Spots" and identifying usage patterns to improve seller efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into field-ready messaging and enablement goals.
• Manage the production and technical operations for large-scale field webinars.
• Proactively gather and synthesize metrics from communication channels to shape future enablement strategies.
• Triage and manage the enablement team’s communication inbox and Slack channels, resolving complex stakeholder requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing, or Corporate Communications, along with a relevant BSc/MSc or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Highspot and communication tools like Slack and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrable project management skills to manage project execution and align resources with strategic goals.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders, simplify complex information, and maintain consistent communication.
• Intermediate business acumen to evaluate communication plan impact on long-term GTM objectives.
• Adaptable resilience to navigate ambiguity and maintain a positive approach during high demand or change.
