What you will do

• Lead cross-functional delivery to design and ship scalable measurement and automation services.
• Enable generative AI innovation for content generation and ad creatives in marketing.
• Collaborate on architectural standards and influence technology choices for data and machine learning workflows.
• Define and track success metrics related to product adoption, data quality, cost efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both executive and non-technical audiences.
• Implement AI-powered solutions, guiding architecture design and technical feasibility discussions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience leading data, marketing platform, and AI/ML portfolios.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Deep knowledge of data engineering principles and workflow orchestration.
• Strong understanding of machine learning operations.
• Familiarity with generative AI architectures, including LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt optimization.
• Strong analytical acumen and capability to make data-led decisions.

Nice to have

• Developer background with strong technical domain expertise.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Java, HQL, Hive, or Pyspark.
