What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for internal platform components.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and address bottlenecks and bugs in existing systems.
• Collaborate with teams across hirify.global to design and engineer product areas.
• Help establish effective and agile engineering practices.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role.
• Proficient in one or more high-level programming languages (C#, Java).
• Experience working with Cloud Systems (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP).
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and architectural design patterns.
• Very good grasp of multithreading, synchronization, TPL, and asynchronous programming.
• Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms, including associated time/memory complexity.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with C# or related frameworks.
