What you will do

• Implement and optimize AI-driven solutions to enhance internal operations and workflows under strategic guidance.
• Translate strategic objectives into functional software applications using specific technologies.
• Perform both frontend and backend development tasks, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to improve system functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess a valid EU visa and be based in Portugal.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or open-source models.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing AI-powered applications.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into internal tools (e.g., Slack bots, internal dashboards, or workflow assistants).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Practical experience building or orchestrating AI agents.
• Understanding of AI governance principles.
