What you will do

• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for engineering teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Gather feedback from customers and stay informed on SaaS market trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and track product performance metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools and A/B testing.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, or cloud platforms.
• Agile/Scrum certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent).
