TL;DR

Marketing Assistant (Fintech): Supporting demand generation and brand growth by executing marketing campaigns end-to-end, working closely with Customer Success and Product to support pipeline growth, customer marketing initiatives, and brand development. Focus on campaign execution, performance reporting, social media content, and awards program management.

Location: 100% Remote for candidates based in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, or North Carolina, USA. New joiners are required to visit the office once to collect equipment.

What you will do

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (email, paid, organic social, partner, content, events).
  • Build and manage campaign timelines, assets, and internal coordination.
  • Track campaign performance, produce reporting dashboards, and recommend optimizations.
  • Create and schedule social media content, focusing on LinkedIn, and monitor engagement.
  • Execute the awards program end-to-end, maintaining an awards calendar and ensuring deadlines.
  • Support broader marketing operations, including internal communications, website updates, and event coordination.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a start-up/scale-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution.
  • Experience creating content for and/or managing LinkedIn; familiarity with YouTube is a plus.
  • Comfort working with data and reporting (funnel metrics, campaign KPIs, web and email performance).
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve productivity, content drafts, research, and ideation.
