TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Onboarding, managing, and growing a portfolio of merchants for a payment gateway product with an accent on achieving client KPIs and identifying upsell opportunities. Focus on proactive customer engagement, performance reviews, and providing insights for improvements within a fast-scaling international company.

Location: Full remote work, company has presence in Limassol, Cyprus but allows work from anywhere.

Company

hirify.global is a developing international company building a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway for accepting and sending funds for merchants, integrating with multiple payment systems and providers.

What you will do

  • Onboard new clients to the Payment Gateway product and assist with integration.
  • Manage, support, and grow a portfolio of merchants.
  • Facilitate customers in achieving their KPIs using the orchestration solution.
  • Track customer success, review performance, and provide improvement insights.
  • Upsell new features and payment solutions to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Business development experience in tech (preferably fintech), at least 1-2 years.
  • Key Accounts management / customer success or similar customer-facing experience, at least 2-3 years.
  • Experience in payments is a must, at least 2 years.
  • Excellent communication, planning, customer centric approach, risk management, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English required.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to high-risk sector.
  • One of European languages as a plus.
