hirify.global is a developing international company building a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway for accepting and sending funds for merchants, integrating with multiple payment systems and providers.
What you will do
- Onboard new clients to the Payment Gateway product and assist with integration.
- Manage, support, and grow a portfolio of merchants.
- Facilitate customers in achieving their KPIs using the orchestration solution.
- Track customer success, review performance, and provide improvement insights.
- Upsell new features and payment solutions to existing clients.
Requirements
- Business development experience in tech (preferably fintech), at least 1-2 years.
- Key Accounts management / customer success or similar customer-facing experience, at least 2-3 years.
- Experience in payments is a must, at least 2 years.
- Excellent communication, planning, customer centric approach, risk management, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Exposure to high-risk sector.
- One of European languages as a plus.
