What you will do

  • Manage client relationships across technical, business, and product aspects to help them achieve their goals.
  • Grow relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and potential challenges for clients.
  • Provide clients with training and webinars.
  • Introduce new features and handle releases.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or payments spheres.
  • Basic understanding of KYC is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive approach.
  • Advanced English required.
