What you will do
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth and top-revenue VIP clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Actively drive upsell and cross-sell across the VIP product suite, including Trading, OTC, Earn, Lending, and referrals.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals, asset allocation, trading patterns, and competitive usage.
- Work closely with institutional sales, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of all client activity, conversations, opportunities, and pipeline stages within the CRM.
- Stay current on crypto market structure, trading trends, yield products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client advisory roles within financial services, fintech, trading, brokerage, or crypto.
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling complex financial or technology products to high-value clients.
- Strong commercial mindset, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and outstanding communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) to manage pipelines, client engagement, and performance tracking.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ownership environments with revenue accountability.
- A strong interest in digital assets, crypto markets, and emerging financial products.

- Existing relationships or a personal network of high-net-worth or active trading clients.
- Experience supporting clients across multiple products such as trading, yield, or lending.
