What you will do
- Provide white glove IT support for employees in the APAC region.
- Manage secure system configurations, end-user devices, systems, and applications.
- Manage IT procurement, software licensing, vendor relationships, and contract renewals.
- Maintain the IT asset inventory, including hardware management and disposal compliance.
- Support AV and video conferencing systems for meeting rooms and internal events.
- Automate manual IT processes using AI and automation tools to improve quality of service.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects to uplift IT tooling and processes in APAC.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Exceptional customer service, communication skills, and experience working in a distributed team.
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting desktop hardware (Mac, Windows), software, AV systems, and cloud-native collaboration tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Notion, Zoom, Slack).
- Expertise in securing end-user devices using MDM and Endpoint Protection tools (Kandji, Intune, Crowdstrike).
- Strong focus on automating IT processes (low-code/no-code, APIs, webhooks) and managing IT procurement/vendor relationships.
- This is a hybrid role based in Manila, Philippines, primarily supporting the APAC region.
