Senior Network Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Network Engineer: Supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a large-scale enterprise network environment with an accent on high availability, performance, and resilience. Focus on designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex routing, switching, and VPN solutions within a structured change management framework.

Location: Hybrid, based in Manila with occasional travel to office or data centre locations within the APAC region

What you will do

• Support, maintain, and develop enterprise network infrastructure.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Design, implement, and support network solutions including routing, switching, and VPN services.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF-based network environments.
• Create and maintain high-level and low-level network documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and service providers to deliver network projects and resolve incidents.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge and practical experience with BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
• Proven experience in deploying and supporting VPN configurations.
• Experience working within structured change management frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across project work and operational support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto network and security platforms.
• Exposure to automation and scripting technologies (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Previous experience supporting 24/7 enterprise environments.
