TL;DR

Senior Software Asset Coordinator (FinTech): Monitoring and managing software licenses and their compliance across the organization with an accent on optimizing license portfolios for cost efficiency. Focus on identifying and managing IT license risks and ensuring best-in-class software asset management.

Location: Manila, Philippines. This role requires a hybrid work model with 2 days return to office per week, and candidates must be amenable to work on an EMEA time schedule.

What you will do

  • Monitor and manage software licenses and compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate responses to external audits.
  • Optimize the license portfolio to maximize cost efficiency.
  • Support software procurement, including renewals and new purchases.
  • Develop and implement license usage policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain relationships with external suppliers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience with software licensing.
  • Working knowledge of market-leading vendor license models.
  • Deep understanding of the software market.
  • Good understanding and experience with managing and maintaining a software library.
  • Broad experience with SAM tools (like Xensam, Snow, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the licensing rules of software engineering-related vendors.
  • Experience with SAM tool implementation/development best practices.
