What you will do

• Monitor and respond to AWS CloudWatch alerts and manage incidents via PagerDuty.
• Troubleshoot complex network, infrastructure, and application issues collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams.
• Implement proactive monitoring and advanced alerting mechanisms.
• Contribute to automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code for monitoring configurations.
• Take ownership of incident management ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.
• Lead proactive health checks of AWS environments to prevent critical issues.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Manila, Philippines with hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
• Strong experience with AWS services including CloudWatch and PagerDuty.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and incident management.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for high-pressure situations.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering teams.
