Location: Hybrid, requiring at least two days per week or 40% of time at one of our office sites in Bristol or Halifax, UK.

Salary: £40,824 – £45,360

What you will do

• Support the implementation of the intermediaries marketing plan, delivering Thought Leadership activity.
• Develop marketing plans and activities for key accounts in partnership with national account managers.
• Support the sponsorship and execution of Black Horse events.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze reports to identify opportunities and inform plan adjustments.
• Stay updated on marketing trends, experiment with new routes to market, data, and technology.
• Maintain high standards of execution across all campaign work to deliver against target outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering successful marketing plans across the full funnel, engaging brokers and dealers.
• Proficiency in developing cross-channel marketing activations powered by clear insight and analytical rigor.
• Experience supporting agile methods and actively collaborating across various teams and subject areas.
• Experience managing budgets, workflows, projects, and risks associated with marketing plans.
• Commercial competence, utilizing marketplace knowledge and data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Demonstrated culture of strong collaboration, communication, and focus with peers and colleagues.
