What you will do

• Formulate, execute, and manage partner and affiliate campaigns to achieve business goals and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Optimize campaigns using partner marketing strategies, tactics, and traditional analytics tools like A/B testing.
• Report on initiatives to Senior Management, using performance insights to gain buy-in for future steps.
• Manage key relationships with top affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners, including calls and co-branded initiatives.
• Actively grow affiliate and influencer programs by recruiting strategic targets and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with content and design teams, and agency partners on various projects.

• Ability to take ownership of recruitment, activation, communication, reporting, and performance analysis for affiliate and influencer programs.

• Ability to multi-task and juggle different projects, balancing partner potential with business goals using a data-driven approach.
