What you will do

• Define and lead the vision for new features to solve customer problems and strengthen paid value propositions.
• Improve existing paid membership by analyzing customer feedback and product analytics.
• Lead product development, coordinating with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Oversee integration efforts with internal and external platforms to expand product capabilities.
• Enhance internal processes, improving tools, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with partners like marketing, sales, legal, and compliance to support go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years' product management experience, including launching consumer or internal tools in regulated or data-heavy environments.
• Previous experience with subscription products.
• Leadership experience of globally distributed engineering teams, managing delivery pipelines and prioritization.
• Experience with backend systems, APIs, data workflows, and internal tool development.
• Experience with collaboration with legal, compliance, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
