Location: Remote within the United States (California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Texas, Washington). Candidates in the San Francisco area will work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office) at the Morgan Hill, CA office.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build and ship innovative prototypes and new product ideas from concept to production.
• Collaborate with founders, executives, and leadership to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to write, review, and refactor code efficiently.
• Work across the full stack, including frontend and backend components.
• Engage directly with customers to understand problems and validate solutions.
• Contribute to team tooling, workflows, and operate with high ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one modern language (TypeScript, Python, Go) and comfort working across the stack.
• Demonstrated integration of AI-assisted development tools into daily workflow.
• Experience taking products or features from concept to production in environments where the path wasn’t fully defined.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work authorization for the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience building internal tools, automations, or workflows using AI.
• Background in SaaS, vertical software, or products serving SMBs.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or building AI-powered product features.
• Experience shipping production software in a startup or fast-moving environment.
