Project Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Drive multidisciplinary teams from strategy and research to creative, development, and QA for website redesign and rebuilds.
• Build and maintain sprint plans and backlogs to support website development.
• Guide clients on project success, facilitate consensus, and align teams with client objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with budgets, and oversee project budgets, forecasts, POs, and invoices.
• Track and communicate project scope, status, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality in all deliverables.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience managing digital projects.
• Strong background in fast-paced agency settings or marketing experience on the client side.
• Proficiency with office and project management tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, Figma, Keynote).
• Strong understanding of project management principles, sprint methodology, and change management.
• Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to manage client conversations regarding scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience leading website redesign and rebuild projects, with an understanding of technical website builds and agile sprint methodology.
