Contract Senior IT Recruiter

TL;DR

Senior IT Recruiter: Building and extending client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery for IT and Corporate positions with an accent on sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates. Focus on competency interviewing, client relationship management, and optimizing recruitment process effectiveness using applicant tracking systems.

Location: Hybrid in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Requires 2-3 days onsite weekly at a client location. Monthly day trips to Aguadilla are required if based in San Juan.

What you will do

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for IT and corporate positions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
• Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set recruitment process expectations.
• Utilize competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidates.
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value proposition to candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for information technology and corporate positions.
• Ability to work a weekly hybrid schedule in San Juan or Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.
• Availability to travel to Aguadilla 1-2 times monthly for an onsite day trip if based in San Juan.
• 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• Proficiency in conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• 3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• High School Diploma required.
