What you will do
- Build, manage, and report all Brazilian Weight Loss CRM campaigns through the Customer.io platform.
- Translate business objectives into effective CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Design, execute, and report tests to continuously improve CRM campaign performance for areas like cart abandonment and churn recovery.
- Continuously review the user communication journey to decrease contact volume and enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate daily with the UK team to ensure alignment on global strategy and shared best practices.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, or Salesforce.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional written ability in Portuguese.
- Intermediate/Advanced HTML knowledge.
- Highly analytical profile, capable of building reports and tracking performance.
- Able to conduct strategic analysis of the customer journey and propose actions to meet or improve business objectives.
