Marketing Specialist (Fintech): Managing the connection between the product team (hirify.global Ultravioleta) and the marketing team to support product launch and lifecycle management strategies with an accent on consumer pain points and needs, product positioning, and Go-to-Market plan development. Focus on driving engagement at critical lifecycle stages, monitoring product funnel performance and key business indicators.
Location: Hybrid 2-3 times/week in Sao Paulo, Brazil

What you will do
- Track the new product and feature roadmap.
- Lead the development of the product marketing plan and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Be the guardian of the product narrative, building guidelines and sharing knowledge with multifunctional teams.
- Monitor product funnel performance and key business indicators.
- Manage end-to-end performance, from strategic alignment to reporting of results.
- Drive engagement at critical lifecycle stages, such as onboarding and churn prevention.
Requirements
- Previous experience with product marketing, growth, and CRM.
- Knowledge of communication channels, especially direct channels.
- Experience in projects with multifunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Executive, structured, and concise communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English
