What you will do

  • Manage the complete payroll lifecycle for Brazil, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Perform detailed monthly payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll finalization.
  • Conduct structured root cause analysis for payroll discrepancies and implement corrective and preventative controls.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Brazilian payroll legislation and ensure compliance with statutory processes including eSocial and DIRF.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures, contributing to automation initiatives and system improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, providing subject matter expertise.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience processing Brazil payroll end-to-end.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and statutory contributions.
  • Demonstrated experience performing detailed payroll reconciliations and conducting structured root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of organization and documentation discipline.
  • English: B2 required for application and CV submission.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EOR or global payroll environments.
  • Exposure to payroll system implementations or in-housing transitions.
  • Experience working within controlled or audit-heavy environments.
  • Familiarity with process improvement or automation initiatives.
