What you will do
- Design and optimize processes, workflows, and solutions for marketing plan execution.
- Collaborate with functional leads to analyze marketing execution workflows and identify pain points.
- Develop practical, data-driven solutions to improve speed, quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.
- Create clear deliverables including process flows, SOPs, frameworks, and stakeholder presentations.
- Support project planning, tracking, documentation, and execution across ongoing initiatives.
- Support change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder alignment, and training.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in pharma marketing, marketing operations, agency, consulting, or commercial operations roles.
- Experience supporting marketing execution, digital production, or operational process workstreams.
- Background in process design, change management, or technology-enabled workflow improvement is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro) preferred.
