What you will do

  • Act as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for AWS and Google Cloud at the field level, executing regional cloud partner plans.
  • Design and operationalize repeatable co-sell motions for AWS and GCP, enabling AE-to-AE engagement and running GTM initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and enable top AWS- and GCP-aligned System Integrators (SIs) to scale hirify.global solutions, including GenAI use cases.
  • Lead enablement for hirify.global, AWS, and GCP field teams and manage Cloud Champion Programs to drive hirify.global opportunities.
  • Own the planning, activation, and governance of hyperscaler funding programs (MDF, PPF, MAP) and lead engagement at major cloud events.
  • Build annual cloud partner business plans, run regular reviews, and maintain a disciplined Partner Go-to-Market (GTM) cadence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as the primary field-level owner of partnerships with major cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive scalable co-sell execution, marketplace growth, and partner-led pipeline.
  • Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and enabling System Integrators (SIs) for solution scaling.
  • Ability to lead field enablement programs for internal and external sales teams.
  • Proficiency in owning and managing hyperscaler funding programs, including MDF, PPF, and MAP.
  • Strong background in building and executing annual cloud partner business plans and operating a consistent GTM cadence.
